I’ve repeatedly tried to redeem and access your product, but without any success, I always get re-directed to purchase your product. Any other way to try and resolve this matter or contact was unsuccessful. Your product looks really interesting and I would like to access it. Please help.

  2. Hi. I am unable to access this for free as part of an infostack bundle I purchased which does not expire until June 2021. I have followed the instructions provided to redeem and your site still wants to charge either my paypal or credit card and will not provide the Build Your Author Business Plan course to me for free… I have also tried to contact you via the “Contact Me” page but the form to do so will not load for me to be able to contact you via there. If you could contact me via the email provided in my account or if you can manually add the course to my account (which I am sure you could) it would be appreciated. I am happy to provide my infostack order number etc if you require it.
